Questions

Quick answers.

Do I need to install anything?

No. It runs in your browser. If you like, tap Install to add it to your home screen like a normal app.

How does the streak work?

Place at least one order a day. Miss a day and it resets, unless you're on Chai Pro, which gives you one free skip.

Who can see me in Chai Connect?

Only people using the app at the shop. You pick a display name, and you can change it anytime.

Can I pay at the counter?

Yes. Choose "Pay at counter" at checkout and your token will wait for you.

What are chai coins?

You earn them with every order and every game of Chai Catch. 100 coins gets you a free chai.

Your chai is getting cold.

Open the app, order in ten seconds, and walk in to a hot glass.
